100% دادن به تیم خود:

A boy and a girl were playing together in the garden.

دختر و پسری در باغ با هم بازی می کردند.

The boy told the girl that he was having a collection of marbles. The girl told him she had homemade sweets.

پسر به دختر گفت که کلکسیونی از تیله دارد. دختر به او گفت که شیرینی خانگی دارد.

Then the boy told the girl that he could give her the marbles in exchange for the sweets.

سپس پسر به دختر گفت که می تواند در ازای شیرینی، تیله ها را به او بدهد.

The girl agreed.

دختر قبول کرد.

The girl went and packed all the sweets she had in a box and came.

دختر رفت و تمام شیرینی هایی که داشت را در جعبه ای بست و آمد.

But the boy kept some of the beautiful and big marbles in his home. And he bought the remaining marbles for her.

اما پسرک تعدادی از تیله های زیبا و بزرگ را در خانه خود نگه داشت. و تیله های باقی مانده را برای او خرید.

Then both exchanged and went to their home.

سپس هر دو رد و بدل کردند و به خانه خود رفتند.

That night the girl slept peacefully without any thinking. But the boy couldn’t sleep. He kept on thinking about the exchange he had with the girl.

آن شب دختر بدون هیچ فکری آرام خوابید. اما پسر نمی توانست بخوابد. او مدام به مبادله ای که با دختر داشت فکر می کرد.

He thought the girl might have hidden some sweets like he had hidden some marbles from her.

او فکر کرد که دختر ممکن است مانند چند تیله از او چند شیرینی پنهان کرده باشد.

And the whole night, he couldn’t sleep.

و تمام شب نتوانست بخوابد.

Moral of the story:

اخلاق داستان:

We have to give 100% to our relationships like office colleagues, friends, and life partners.

ما باید 100٪ به روابطمان مانند همکاران اداری، دوستان و شرکای زندگی خود کمک کنیم.

If we don’t give that, we will always doubt whether the other person has given his 100% to us.

اگر آن را ندهیم، همیشه شک خواهیم کرد که آیا طرف مقابل 100% خود را به ما داده است یا خیر.
